You have to log into macys.com to access your credit bill of fare account. I see lots of posters proverb that the credit carte website is hard to navigate. I take never had an issue, I get tons of coupons and the Macys Cash is awesome. When I applied for the card they needed to speak to me to verify that information technology was me later on that the account was opened and I use it and make timely payments some times I pay it off sometimes I carry a residue.

A waste of my third hard pull

Approved for $300 later applying online yesterday with a 722 credit score. Chosen in today to meet if that was authentic and to mayhap try for a higher credit line and was not approved for that. A little disappointed. I pay in total each statement on my other cards then I guess I'll just expect until half dozen months to endeavour again. I thought I had gotten canonical for the American Express Macy's Card yesterday, but the representative told me it is non. So this is even more disappointing. I feel similar I wasted my third hard pull. Also, the twenty% off of my purchase will not be applied until the end of the first billing bike. Would've been ameliorate to utilise at time of buy. Well, permit's see how this journey volition go, I hope for a great one.

I've had a Macy'southward card for over a decade now. I never had more than a $1200 limit (even though I have twice that at Boscov's and $7k at JCPenney). But a twelvemonth or so agone, they unexpectedly and with no find slashed my limit to $800. Now, again with no notice, they cutting it back to $600. My credit score hasn't changed, my financial situation hasn't changed, the frequency with which I use the menu hasn't changed. They seem to just pick cards at random and slash their limit with no notice. I wouldn't take even known if I hadn't logged on to Credit Karma and seen that my limit decreased. Concluding time it happened, I asked for an increase again, and was told that it was besides presently after the decrease. I won't close the account because I don't want to lose whatsoever more credit or number of accounts, but I certainly won't shop at that place anymore.

I purchased a piece of article of furniture on an interest free for 1-year agreement. On the tertiary statement, interest charges started to appear. I chosen in to correct the charges and was able to get a credit. You lot have to watch your back with this menu...nearly people probably simply pay the bill and Citibank reaps the profits.

You won't believe how unprofessional is the customer service. I asked for the supervisor and he hung upwards on me! Every single call for piece of cake piece of work takes fifteen minutes at least.

Worst credit I've always had, I fabricated a payment and I receive message in app for "Thank you for make a payment", after that my payment returned and they didn't permit me know and I didn't check my app because I wasn't any shop, and no balance , and they reported to credit, and 50 lost eighty betoken simply for 34$. It's really issue my life.

The Macy's card is the worst retail card I have ever had. Not but they charge a lot of interest just they besides have very bad service. My account was not past due or delinquent merely they all the same send me to collection agency on March 21,2020. Only considering I had called them and had told them I lost my chore due to Covid. Not only they didn't provide whatsoever assistance only also they send me to a collection agency.

Establish out Macys card reported me days belatedly. I hve been a long time customer and always pay my balances. Macy had non credited my return fifty-fifty when they show recieving the return it say in procedure tin can non get anyone to answer emails and forget getting through past telephone. I was finally able to speak with a customer service and all she could tell me is I would have to Post a letter with my complaint!!! I was so mad I could cry. This is not Macys information technology is the bank who backs Macys cards. I am canceling and reporting THEM

They don't send you alerts, e-mail, any calls for payment. If you get this carte du jour pay information technology immediately afterwards y'all purchase. No alarm they volition drop your limit. Very confused.

Delight don't become for this credit card. They don't use modern techniques to ship statement. I didn't know that this credit card existed in my account. I had owed a little of $50 , they never remind you or transport alarm like modern banks to pay. And now they reported missed payment to credit bureau. I own two other credit cards from good banks and never missed whatever payments. Still because of Macy, my credit score dropped 150 points I was charged $100 to close the account. Still they didn't remove negative remark on credit bureau. I will never deal with Macy over again in my life. I promise this company go broke.
